Owner chef Sylvia Welbank has spent over 30 years in the catering industry and comes from a long line of farming women. In the cafe the team combines traditional farm fare with modern cookery techniques. Using fresh local ingredients is the foundation for Ireby Green café and all our dishes are created and prepared onsite to order.
